Can I submit online TRV application on behalf of my wife(outside of canada)

Hi,
I am applying for my wife's TRV (her spousal PR application in process) and she stays in India.
So can I submit her online application for TRV (I am in Canada) The reason is she does not have reliable internet connectivity.

Yes, you can apply online on her behalf (her India address)

The reason I am asking is while submitting online TRV application the process asks to sign it electronically at the end.
