I have got LAA and already a month has been passed and I want to submit my application for MNPN. As my parents do not have passport and they are not on tour will return after 2 week or so. I have few question please help.
1. Is it fine if I submit the application without their passport and just attach application receipt for which I had applied for their passport.
2. What if I get their passport after 60 days can i open my application that I submitted and reattach the fresh passport scan copy.
Just wanted to know how to proceed as only 25 days left to apply as I am afraid that I cant apply once i submit application and had only 60 days left
