Can I submit my EE profile wit WES ref no while my ECA is still being processed?

I was wondering if I can create and submit my express entry profile without my ECA being ready yet? It takes a while to be processed but I have my WES reference number already.

Also can i claim points for paid work experience while I was a student as long as its within 10 years?

Personally, I would wait until you have the result, as I am not sure if there could be a problem, if the date on your WES report differs from the date you entered the pool.

What is your expected score?

Because if you have such a high score that you would get ITA anyway, then waiting for WES doesnt matter as you will be selectd in the next draw after that anyway and if your score is too low and you probably wont be selected in tye next draws, then there is also no reason, why you fouldnt wait 1-2 weeks yo get your WES results.

Well, the system asks you for the date of the WES ECA, so you might run into trouble with that if you get an ITA and the ECA comes out after the ITA.

No. You cannot answer yes to the question that asks if you have an ECA if you haven't received the report yet. That's simply a lie, and you don't even know the result yet. It should be obvious. Wait until you have it.

Work experience as a student can qualify provided it was outside Canada. Also it must have been skilled - NOC classes 0, A or B only.

No, wait for your ECA. Assuming you get your ITA - your profile gets frozen and how would you update the date of ECA?
