Dear seniors,

I will submit my FSW application in 2014 but I'm confusing about my coming baby's issue. My dependent baby will be born in April 2014, and it would be probably impossible for me to prepare the baby's Hukou or passport ready before the early May (when the time application opens). However, due to the fierce competition for my skill, I must submit my application as soon as possbile. In this case, can I submit the baby's passport LATER? Or will I be REJECTED due to lack of the baby's passport? Please please please guide... Many thanks!!!

Kate

You could try submitting the initial application without including your baby's document (include a note that this information will be provided later) and then add this information once it's ready.

However right now there's no guarantee FSW is going to re-open in May 2014. There's a good possibility that CIC will wait until January 2015 and then re-open FSW under the EOI structure. Also, even if FSW does open next May, there's no telling which NOCs will be on the list.
