can i submit my application without 2015 NOA?

hello forum members,

I am a CEC inland applicant. I have not yet filed my taxes for 2015 but I have 2015 T4 and pay slips. My CEC experience runs from september 2014 till present day. I want to know whether i can file my application without 2015 NOA or not. Can i Just use 2015 T4, 2015 pay slips, 2014 NOA and T4 plus employer reference letter?
I have the ITA and ready with all the other documents. Or should i file my taxes first, wait for NOA and then file my application ? It may take few weeks. Any suggestions ?

As long as you have 12 months Canadian work experience then you'll be fine. We are CEC inland as well and didn't submit any pay slips or T4's, just the employer reference letter/confirmation of employment.

Its sufficient to prove your work record using 2015 T4, 2015 pay slips, 2014 NOA and T4 plus employer reference letter
T4, noa, pay slip are not mandatory docs, just employer reference letter is
