I submitted 1112 application last week, which my last job is a 80% fit. But since this is a really hot NOC and i worry about been capped out, I plan to submit another application under 1113. One of my jobs is 30-40% fit with the duties of 1113. All my documents excpet the NOC number in the economic class form are identical.

Has anyone done this before? Could it be considered a conflict or grounds for rejection? What happens if I actually get into both 1112 and 1113?

thanks a lot!!!! ??? ??? ???

That's not likely to be sufficient.

You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed. If you do not show that your experience meets the description in the NOC, we will refuse your application.
