Can I sponsor my uncle as nominee (mpnp) and parents (pgp) at the same time?

Hi, can anyone who has experience or ideas sponsoring both a close relative and parents at the same time help me. Will it affect the required income requirements for parents sponsorship? Ex. 3 of us + my parents (2) = 5 in family size. If i sponsor my uncle and his family of (4), will the income requirements for parents become 5+4= 9 person? Thanks in advance...
