I have a family of 5, two of which are Canadian citizens and the other three are PR.
I want to sponsor my sister who is 39 years old, married and has a daughter.
My mother is still alive in the same location as my sister.
Also I do not have any relatives in canada?

Can I Sponsor her?

No - you cannot sponsor your sister. She will have to qualify for PR on her own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.

Why can't she be sponsored?
Because you don't meet the requirements to sponsor her. In order to sponsor her you must meet ALL of the requirements below:

- You have no spouse / common law partner
- You have no children
- Both of your parents are deceased
- You have no other family members in Canada (e.g. aunt, uncle, etc.)
