hi every one
we are two brothers and one sister. we both live in Canada with our families. our parents are died and no other close relative live in Pakistan except our sister. she also have divorced four years ago and have no child.
My question is that can we sponsor our sister. I will appreciate for the reply.

No - unfortunately you can't. The fact you have families and also each other in Canada prevents you from qualifying to sponsor your sister. She will have to qualify to immigrate on her own.

Hi, Just got to know that their are some special (compassionate) grounds where u can sponsor ur parents, am not sure abt the other family members.

Scylla is a senior and well informed member, I agree with him, but you should search more on these compassionate situations which are rarely discussed.
