I want to apply TRV but I don’t have old fund’s to show I have only 10000 Canadian dollars to show and only 15 days old can anyone suggest me is this ok

The problem is that this could easily have been borrowed just in order to show availability for immigration purposes.
It doesn't indicate an ongoing ability to support yourself with sufficient spare to travel with.

You would have to show where the new fees are coming from and that you earned the money.

Not ok unless you have a clear explanation for how this happened or can supplement it with other sources of income
