Hi, everyone.
I have a question about my Express Entry application. My situation is the following:
* I have a work permit, and I've been working for the same employer for 4+ years;
* My offer of employment is for a *permanent position* (ie, no time limit).
I've always sent my employment contract as the "job offer" when renewing my permit and always signed a new contract for this but it's always a hassle..
However, I was checking the wording more carefully and I don't see anything mentioning the offer has to be for a future date nor that it cannot be the offer for your current job, so I was wondering if I can just use my current contract when providing the job offer as it is the same issue instead of signing a new one.
Thanks!
