Can I re-enter Canada with PR card

I got my skilled worker PR Visa in Apr 2015. Due to some personal reasons I was not able to relocate to Canada immediately.
So I went to Canada on short trip of 10 days in Aug 2015, got my PR card delivered at my friends place who will be mailing it to me.

I want to know can I reenter Canada with just the PR card now, or do I need to get any other documents from CIC as I have been out of Canada for more than continuous 6 months.

Any information is highly appreciated.

I am from India( if that matters).

Yes you can enter with your passport and PR card.
