Can I quit my job with my non-ee PR in progress?

Hello, possibly a silly question but I've seen conflicting info and would really appreciate feedback.

My situation:

- Nominated by MB (no employer restrictions) Non EE

- Submitted PR application to IRCC 13 months ago after nomination (received AOR, completed medical up until this point)

- Currently on BOWP and working in MB while awaiting PR

The reason I'm asking is because of how toxic my workplace has been.

So if your stream didn't require a job offer or ongoing employment with that employer then you can leave. Which Manitoba stream is without a job offer and you get work support letter without one?
