Can I put "ongoing" in a box that asks for an end date?

hello, I was wondering if it would be appropriate to put "ongoing" in the section where it asks "period of cohabitation" (IMM5285 Q3)

It would look like this:

Period of cohabitation:
From: 2015/08/10 To: Ongoing

Thats what we did, well we wrote "present" but same sort of thing.

Hi there - never heard of form IMM5285 is that used for common-law
Don't need a other form missing from my app package - lol. - after being submitted for the second time
I'm paronoid!!
