you should call IRCC to find our what your options are.

I called IRCC and spoke with officer , she said no pickup system only delivery. Thanks

I used to work in a building that had the IRCC and the IRB .

You wouldn’t even get near those floors . Elevator is security controlled meaning you’d need to get access and then you’d need to go thru two more security doors to get near that area
