Can I order GCMS Notes without representative?

I am one PNP paper-based out-land applicant. I assigned one representative for my application. I asked her to order my GCMS Notes to check out detail VO comments to my case. The representative thought my application was in normal process, no need to order the notes. (the same attitude as the CIC offices) You could find out my timeline in the left. I tried to contact CIC to check my case is in background check or not via Web form. They replied to me all the correspond will go into the representative. May I know whether I could ask somebody else to order the Notes for me? Thank you for your help.

There are many sites that lets you order GCMS notes from outside of Canada. One needs to pay a fee for it.Below are two of them

I am thinking to apply for GCMS Notes, but I have representative in my files, can I apply GCMS notes as sponsor for spouse .

it would not impact to my file? or do my representative have to apply for GCMS Notes
