I can do something for education in Canada, thats not a big problem for me. Now I'm in my homeland I'll find a job and After being promoted to shift manager, I'll try to find LMIA supported shift manager jobs.
This is not a realistic plan. Finding a job in Canada from abroad will be difficult especially as some sort of management in fast food. You are also relatively young, with no post secondary education and with limited work history. There are plenty of people already in Canada who can legally work who are struggling to find employment. In general fast food restaurants are cutting costs so there isn’t a lot of hiring especially at the management level. It will also be very difficult to get a work permit with your profile. You have non relevant education in business or management, you may have a bit of job experience but not a substantial amount, you will have little ties to convince IRCC that you have plans to return home if you get a job in Canada, etc. As previously noted you would have to study full-time to get a study permit. If you are already in Canada and trying to extend your stay it will be quite difficult to prove you are both a genuine student, you will return home after your studies, that you have the funds to afford being a student in Canada, etc. As previously noted most PNP programs are focusing their limited spots of jobs in healthcare, education and trades. If you really want to move to Canada do a nursing program in your home country, work as a nurse for at least a year, maximize your language scores as much as possible and then apply for a job or PR.
