Since the job offer points will no longer count after April 2025, I want to apply in march. But I had a ticket booked since June 2024 to go back to my country for a week from March 27th to April 2nd. Can I apply before I leave and not jeopardize my application?

So when did you apply for PR after getting ITA? Do you have a valid TRV to re-enter?
I'm planning to apply as soon as I get my french TEF results. That should be in two weeks, end of January. Then when I get the ITA, I pay, and officially apply. But my trip is in the end of March.
I don't know if my Open Work Permit would count as a TRV once I submit my documents to apply for the PR.
TRV is the visa sticker in your passport! You cannot re-enter if you don't have valid TRV. Work permit is not a travel document!
So you have not submitted a profile for Express Entry to be even invited to apply for PR. An open work permit allows you to work. A TRV allows you to enter Canada.
I have a eTA that is electronically linked to my passport. That one expires 2029.
So I don't know if I can leave Canada after applying for the PR, even with the eTA in case leaving puts at risk the approval or pauses the PR process.
You can leave Canada if have eta. You haven’t even been invited yet and nothing is put at risk.
An eTA doesn’t guarantee entry to Canada. When you arrive, a border services officer will ask to see your passport and other documents. You must convince the officer that you are eligible for entry into Canada. It is merely a requirement to travel to Canada via a commercial carrier. ENTERING Canada is dependent of CBSA.

Okay so, if I have my eTA, my valid Work Permit, and I just applied to the PR (after getting the ITA and paying and everything), would it put into jeopardy my PR application if I take a 7 days trip outside of the country?
