Can I leave Canada after submitting the EE application?

Hello everyone,
I‘ve submitted my PR application in early January, which is under Express Entry through PNP, the provincial nominee program is issued by Nova Scotia Experience-Express Entry.
I'm planning to go back to my home county for two or three months, I'll return to Canada with a job offer to wait for the bio letter and further approval.
Does anyone else have a similar situation? Will it impact my application?

Not an expert or anything,

but I recalled reading one thread, whereby the main applicant was indeed affected by leaving Canada, he was working with subway , applied through the one of the PNP program, and the VO has doubts on his desire to reside in the province and issued him a procedure fairness letter.
