Can I join any company after applying BOWP

Hi Seniors,

Need some advise here. I am currently on a closed work permit, which will expire in next 3 and half months.Also, I have applied for PR, received AOR and medical request.
Recently I got an offer from another company, but they want me to join them as soon as possible. Given the processing time of BOWP around 36 days, I was wondering if there is a faster way to join the other company.
In simple words, Can I join the new company after just applying for BOWP?
or
is there any other way to join the new company?

you can join only after receiving BOWP. becuase the employer will ask for your current status and if you show the closed work permit then they may not allow. I too working on BOWP and had faced the same issue.

Yes, they will need to get an LMIA and get you a work permit OR they can show that the role is LMIA exempt.
