Can I immigrate to Canada, if I am in the U.S Illegally?

Can anybody answer this my question?

I'm 28 years old, i have been in Chicago for over 10 years. Illegally since I was 17 years old.
I want to move to Canada because i can't get papers there in the states because I don't have a status is here.

I have a university degree in Business finance, I speak 4 languages. and i have never been charged with any crime.

Does any body have any information, on this topic
