Can I have a PNP processed in one province and get work permit in another?

Hi guys!

I'm new here and am honored to be a part of this esteemed forum.

Just wanted to ask for your expertise as I have a pressing concern:
I received nomination from ALBERTA (Under H1-B stream) and I'm awaiting my FBI files before submitting it to CIC in Buffalo. In the meantime, I got a short-term (4 months) job offer in Vancouver.

My question is: Will my PNP get affected by my application of a work permit in Vancouver?

If you are going to use your nomination certificate to get the WP, then it's not going to work; I stand corrected.
