My family is in India and I am in Canada . I want to bring my family to Canada so that I can submit passports for PR application process. Will there be any issues in getting TRV for my family as We have already received MR for PR application?

Thanks

One of my close friends was in same situation like yours. Unfortunately, his TRV was rejected. Then he sent an email to CPC-O about this. They replied to them requesting him to submit his family's passport to NDVO. It took around 6-8 weeks to process their PR visas.

THANKS esbex550

Was you friends PR visa stamped in Canada and his families in India? if this is possible , what should I do for that? Should I straight away write a mail to CIC about the situation?

Dear friend,

When you get PPR for you and dependents you can reply to that mail and can ask for VISA Printing at local office. That is how we should do and many are already done that and got a reply from CIC with in 10 days.

In PPR they will clearly mention that incase if you can't send PP to Canada then reply to that mail so that they can do the necessary arrangements

Sending mail now itself i don't think a good decision, i mean not the right procedure.

Thanks,
Dileep
