Congratulations. Very interesting to see how people are getting approved from the countries that have recently qualified for ETA. Have to admit I am quite surprised that you got approval given so many past refusals. Seems like the US visa overruled all previous IRCC applications. Whether the refusals come become an issue if/when you attempt to enter Canada would be interesting to know so please keep us updated.
Thank you! Am very thankful that I was given this opportunity despite many disappointments in the past. I think because of my refusal history, my eTA took way longer than the normal 72 hours max to be processed. In light of this, am also preparing myself for questions at immigration, especially regarding itinerary, home ties, etc. Will let you all know how it goes.
