Can I finish my PR application outside Canada if I started inside?

My PR route is PGWP to PR, and I have a Provincial Nomination. My PR application had been processing for 10 months now and I received my AOR last March. I recently got engaged and I wish to plan and prepare for my wedding in UK and I believe it will take me about a year or even more preparing there with my fiance. I was told that estimate update on it is March 2026. I was hoping that I can just go to UK and perhaps finish my PR application from there if possible. I don't mind if my application will take longer now because of it. Is it possible to do it like that?

yes, just inform IRCC that you are out of Canada via a webform. They'll then send you a PPR/RFV instead of a portal email, after which you'll get a CoPR and land like an outland applicant.
