Can I file two applications? One with my wife as Primary Applicant and the other as myself?

I am a little bit worry about my NOC 4012 review.

My job title is Graduate Teaching / Graduate Research Assistant...is it normal? Usually people's title will only be TA or RA...

I am worried about whether officer will think these are two positions...

If you mean to ask about entering the pool as a candidate by creating two separate Express Entry profile by varying the primary applicant, yes, you can do that. However, you cannot have two active PR applications simultaneously, which means only one of you whosoever case is stronger should submit a PR application after you get an ITA.
