Hi guys.

I am one of those guys working with Working Holiday Work Permit.

As you know well, it is open work permit so I got my job in BC.
I started working 15 Feb, 2013 and my visa will expire 26 Nov, 2013.

I will apply for BC PNP. I can apply for this after working 9-month full-time.
Complete 9 month period will be 15, Nov, 2013 but my visa will expire 26 Nov, 2013.

So I need to apply for extension of work permit. As far as I know I can get work permit extension if I am nominated from Province. You can see below.
<w3.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-who-permit.asp>

Workers nominated by a province for permanent residence
A person who has been nominated by a province for permanent residence and has a job offer from an employer based in that province.

And I can continue working if I apply for application which is extension of work permit. I will be implied status.
According to BC PNP Office, it takes 8-12 weeks to get results which is nomination.

But the thing is "Applying for BC PNP" and "Applying for Extension of Work Permit" will coincide in Nov, 2013.
In this case, will CIC give me positive answer for my application?

Is there anybody had or having similar situation?

Thank you !
