I need to extend my spouse owp which should expire by November 15.
Husband applied for PGWP last week and is now still waiting for approval so he's on implied status. He has an NOC B permanent job that he has had since April. While he already has 10 payslips the job is only a part time job.
Can I apply for the extension of my spouse owp using his contract and payslips for his partime job? and implied pgwp status?
I have been reading here and some are saying that I need payslips from a fulltime job
but there are others saying parttime paylips for spouse owp extension is okay.
Has anyone experienced using payslips from a partime job to extend a spouse owp and got approved? Please help. Thank you!
