Can I do soft landing in Ottawa?

Hi guys,

We got our CoPR and the port of entry mentioned in our CoPR is Toronto. However, we plan to live and work in Ottawa. We were wondering if we could directly land in Ottawa, instead of Toronto and finish out first landing formalities.

If someone has done this, please share your experience.
