can i do medical in India even if I applied PR as Inland

I applied for PR under PEQ category and i just got my medical today but i am flying to India tomm. for 4 weeks. I was wondering if i can just do my medical in India. Will it effect my application in anyway.

Yes. You can take Medicals in India.
No. It won't affect your application.
