Can I do Masters after 2 year advanced diploma?

I am from India, I have completed 3 year diploma in india after 10th. I want to study advanced diploma in Ontario, Canada. What can I do after the completion of advanced diploma. Can I do Masters degree?

My 10th : 9.5 GPA
My diploma: 70%
