Can I do landing interview at the border instead of waiting for local office to schedule interview?

Hi everybody,

I recently got an email saying that my PR status application completed and my local immigration offfice will contact with me for an landing interview. But I know some cases that it takes around a month to get email from local office to schedule the interview. My question is: Can I go to Us-border and do my landing there, even though I don't have my passport and valid US visa?

No. US CBP will likely deny you and probably arrest you for not having a passport. Don't risk it.
