Can I do Biometrics and Medical Outside the Home Country?

I hold a PR and am trying to bring my wife to Canada on spousal visa. We are currently doing the online application and she lives in India. The both of us are visiting UAE soon and hopefully will complete the application and submit before our travel. My question is, if she gets a biometric request, can it be done in UAE VFS office? Will that create any issues? My travel is temporary and my wife might stay a little longer with my family.

Medical and biometrics can be done anywhere. If your trip is longer than a month, wait until you have returned to Canada before you submit the application.
