Can I create express entry profile without eligibility?

Hello Friends,

I come to know that some PNP programs are opening as a sub category of express entry and my score is not enough to score 67.

so with low score, can I make express entry profile?

Hi,

The 67 points for eligibility are only for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. Therefore, you may qualify for other programs such as CEC.

OK, thanks but, I recently come to know that SINP occupation in demand category was opened under express entry. while I tried express entry profile, it was showing that I was not eligible for express entry. It is only for people who has CLB 7 and above. Below CLB 7 no one eligible to make ee profile.

Well each program has its own criteria. So when you take the come to Canada quiz it will determine if you qualify for any of them.
