CAN I CREATE 2 EE PROFILES ,1 ACCOMPANYING SPOUSE , 2 NON ACCOMPANYING SPOUSE???

I currently have a profile which includes my spouse as accompanying me... score is 464. Is it possible to create another profile stating that my spouse won't accompany me.
My spouse is not sure if he wants to immediately settle in canny land....so i thought that since he is not interested yet, i can create another profile where my score can go to 468 and get me close to being drawn?
