Did your representative give you your login details ?
She mentioned that probably a rep launched an app from their own account, where there are a bunch of other applications. In that way, and also OP primary visa office is located in Canada, it is better to either webform or to call. I would choose calling option since the call center can actually look into the applicants profile

Thanks Janesama.
I am a bit frustrated with my rep as she doesnt respond till there is an update. While that is understandable, her view is IRCC will take the time they need and I ask college if I can do some online courses till visa comes through.

I am hoping to directly ask IRCC for some clarity. I am from a visa exempt country and no medical required. Submitted complete application on July07 and recd AIP Aug 31. University on approved list on Oct 20.

With a young family, we are growing nervous as we dont have much time to wrap up, find accomodation, school for kids and the 14 day quarantine..:(
Why won't you rep give you access to GC Key account? It should be you who applies for a visa and who is solely responsible for your application. If you call IRCC, they wouldn't be of much help if your case is not in Canada. I would rather send a webform in such case. Did your uni give you letter of support?
My primary is Edmonton and Secondary is Ottawa though my biometrics were at Sydney. My rep is a registered agent as I understand they apply several applications using their GC key. No support letter provided by university.
Then call IRCC directly. Use the in-land number (+1-888-242-2100), call through either skype or purchase virtual canadian number (I have no clue how to do that, my husband did it for me)
