can i claim points for secondary and higher education or just higher one?

You can claim points for your higher education after getting the ECA evaluation from WES or any other assessing body assigned by CIC.
If you have a higher education for example a bachelors degree, you want get any points for your secondary education.

In case you don't have a higher education, you can score points for your secondary education.

i want to cancel my WES application and start a fresh one since secondary education needs to be deleted... but it says i already have an account with them.
