My application is in process in Mexico City. My family should be coming this summer. We submitted the application in 2010 and from my NOAs from 2008 and 2009 I was approved as a sponsor. I want to claim a loss with my income for 2010. Will I loose my status of sponsorship if i claim an income loss for 2010? Anyone have some knowledge of this?
