Can I change primary applicant after submitting the application

I have a bachelor degree and My wife has a Masters degree and she has 4 years of experience all in last 10 years but currently not working. The attorney advised us to submit my profile as primary.

But if we submit my profile as primary we will get less CRS score.

Is it allowed to change the primary applicant after we submit the profile?
