Currently I live in Ontario. I came to Canada as an international student 3 years ago. For personal reasons I want to change my surname/last name (among other reasons because English-speaking people can't pronounce my last name) . Can I do it? Now I'm working here with the PGWPP. I'm not a Permanent Resident yet.
