Can I change my employer?

Hello guys can I change my employer after my OINP approval?
inland application, my nomination is already expired. My PR file is in process and I am under open work permit.
My new job has sameNOC, same hours, same title, same duties just higher wage? Can I change my employer now? I am half way through my PR application. Can someone pls guide me. I cannot work under my current employer anymore.

Need expert eadvice
I have applied SINP PNP with job offer in Dec-2020, Current status is Medical passed in aug2022. I received adr to provide employment letter from Canadian employer. I contacted with him and came to know that he closed his business few months back due to covid situation.
Pls advice on below,
-I HAVE TO SEARCH FOR NEW JOB OFFER FROM NEW EMPLOYER.
-WHAT WILL BE THE IMPACT ON MY PR PROCESS?
-WILL IRCC GIVE MORE TIME TO SUBMIT ADR FEOM NEW ENPLOYER?
