If it's been almost a month after BIL, and both E and BC are in progress, I wish to change my house within a same city. Are we supposed to inform the IRCC immediately? or is it during P1 we need to mention new address (if lucky enough to get it). I wanted to know if changing an address would make the process slower or any other down side or any other suggestion at which stage we can do it?
Reason is the maintenance of house, so if it's not a good idea I can manage to stay here some more time, however if doesn't impact at all I'd want to change it soon.
