A very honest opinion, NO!

You can always google consultancy and find out if they are legit. However, you must first be aware that it is highly unlikely they will be able to match you with a suitable employer before you are issued a PR visa. Few Canadian employers are willing to go through a hassle of paperwork to sponsor a foreign worker. It is infinitely easier for them to search a domestic job market for prospective employees.

Well you see, if you are not in Canada landing a job is in Canada is possible but extremely difficult. Many employers do not go through all the paperwork and expense to hire someone who still hasn't received their proper permit of work (in your case, let's say your PR). These consultants charge you a lot of money and make promises on getting you a job offer to increase your points in the CRS for EE. These are most of the times illegal. But even if your consultant can really get you a job even then, it is a very risky area to venture on their word.

Although this is my opinion.

Hi,
Thanks for your information.
Which way is better to landing in Canada for job?
Please suggest me.

Apply for jobs with companies directly. Avoid consultants.

You should expect the vast majority of employers won't be interested in hiring you. It takes a combination of extremely hard work and a lot of luck to find a job in Canada.

Okay.I have a doubt.I.e,I met a consultant.he said following details,
1)You want to register first RS.1000(CAD$ 20) and we will arrange interviews with employers.
2)You will pay the amount as two half. After job offer CAD$5000 and after visa CAD$5000.
3)Initially,It is two year work permit.
So,this option is good or bad.
Pls support me.

It's a scam.

It is a SCAM! ... run for your life :o

Its a scam...they wont contact you after getting the initial payment.

Unless you graduated from IIT or IIM, basically no Canadian employer would be interested in you. There are many young graduates without jobs in Canada so I don't know why any employer would be interested in you. unless you are a superman....I hope you get my point.

try landing in Canada first. As a student or PR and then search for a job.
