Can i become Representative of brother?

hello everyone. i applied for my father's supervisa using a representative in canada.
Now i want my brother and his wife to visit me.
i was wondering if i can become Representative of my brother and his wife to do online application?
Can someone please explain in detail. I am confused if i have to submit 2 applications or 1 application with principal applicant and accompanying member?

Yes, you can. They must complete the 'Use of a representative form' IMM 5476
