I've been looking the answers of my desperate questions. Because there is no much information around on the internet even I looked everywhere, so I decided to query you and appreciate for your help as well.
First, I am holding Bsc (traditional) in electrical and electronics engineer and my cgpa is too low to get a Msc. acceptance from Canadian Universities. However, I got acceptance Msc by distance education in the field of Computer Science from U.K. and this program is just 1 year with a dissertation based. Also, universities in U.K really boost the grades with respect to my friends said. Now I am not eligible to express entry because of not being reached 67/100 requirement. However, after I finished this program I will be eligible (I searched that WES accepts distance education diplomas) and I am planning to apply PR via Express Entry. My English level is CLB 7. Even I get CLB 9 and be eligible to create EE profile, I won't reach 440 cut-off threshold for ITA and other staff. Because just CLB 10 saves me now but impossible to reach its scores for me. However, this MSc program will give me to chance to change the above scenario. Furthermore, I am keen to pursue my education through PhD in Canada and I have doubt whether I will get acceptance after getting Msc by distance education and PR. Finally, I searched everything regarding PNP but it seems too unclear process unless you have a job offer. However, if you may suggest any clear way for me like college or certificate program on a specific PNP area with an education based to get PR, I will also be appreciated.
