Can I be a full time university student during PNP process??

Hi,

I'm about to send my applications for the Pilot Project B.C PNP under the un/low skilled category. My concern is, will I be able to be enrolled full time in University during the process?? Is it possible to hold and use full time study and work permits at the same time?
