can I apply with OWP

Hi Folks

Me and my wife came to Canada year ago! She got job offer, and LMO. And since she is skilled worker from B ckass I got oper working permit.
I have also found a job in a skill trade and since am better with English and I didn't had brakes as my wife jad with job. We r thinking I should apply for PR under CEC? If I have understood well rules on CEC everyone can apply after a year on experience. . So even if my wife got LMO does that mean she has to be a holder of applications or not !!!!!! Thanks a lot for your advices

You can apply based on your work experience.
