I have 10 months canadian work experience but with a good IELTS score I am getting 435 plus points.

Can i apply for PR and get a call if the draw is less than 435 ?

Please advise friends.

You need at least 1 year of work experience, Canadian or foreign. That is the minimum requirement. Even 11 months will not do.

yes , I do have 3+ foreign experience and 10 months Canadian experience

Is this ok to apply ?

Yes, you can apply as long as you're eligible in all other aspects, you just won't get points for your Canadian experience.

If the trend continues, the scores will drop but nobody can predict. If you need the points, then wait for 2 months and get the points for Canadian experience. If you have a good number of points at the moment then you wont need to wait and can manage with the score you have.

Another thing to think about would be your PoF. If you have 1 whole year of Canadian experience, you will qualify under CEC and you dont need to show PoF. If you go it now, you will qualify under FSW and would need to show funds.
