hi frnds... i am doing diploma in business amnagment Levl % (one year ) in NEW ZELAND ,, and aftr finshing this one year diploma ca i apply for canda study visa from new zeland , if yes thn wt would be the rules that i will ahve to follow , and i got refusal for canda studdy visa in sept intakee 2012 ,
plsease help me !!!!!!!

Hi,
Yes, you can apply Canada students visa from NZ. and explain in details why you got refusal on first time from India and NOW how y are in diffident position . May be if y finish 1 year ,than asking for some credits in Canadian colleges ,so It will be stronger points in your hands like :- NZ study is not waste your time and Money . another points is you will not need to come India , you will apply from that !!!

If y applied from NZ ,than their are No any SPP or general check list. more info may be you will contact expert student visa agent- matrix immi, ahmedabad, Gujarat, India may be they will give y more details on that !!

Is there any more chance to get visa

He trust if any one apply from Australia is more chance to get visa ( student visa)

Doesn't make sense. At last he is applying with same country citizenship.
Actually you may face a negative point that it will be really hard to explain strong ties to home country.
But on other way, you will have good travel history.
