Can I apply under CEC from Outside of Canada

hey Guys,

Next month I will finish my 1 year experience in Canada but I have to leave since my employer doesn't want to extend my contract and my work permit is set to expire next month. My question is if I left the country can I still apply for EE under CEC since this canadian experience is all I have which I think means That I don't qualify for FSW categorie ?
Can someone please advise on this matter. Thank you very much

Yes - you can apply from outside of Canada.
